Upgraded Radiator

Well after 14 years my stock Behr radiator started to leak at the side tanks. I decided to upgrade an all aluminum radiator with welded on side tanks. This is a thicker radiator (about 1/4" thicker) with better total cooling capacity - especially compared with my rather clogged up Behr.

I was able to remove the old foil decals on top of the Stock radiator using a heat gun & putty knife and have replaced these onto the new radiator. With a manual I'm onlly using one side tank and I am considering having my mechanic route the oil to the other side tank also - this will increase the oil system capacity and the oil cooling simultaneously - twice as much cooling area and twice as long in the coolers...
