LED Signal Mirrors:

This project is a work in progress - but it is started. I have modified the drivers side mirror ready for fitment of individual LED to form the Chevron (or Arrow more approximately).

I have also completed a design for the drive electronics to modulate the brightness between day and night (by sensing the marker light status).

Here is what the mirror looks like in partially complete state:
