Interior Light Enhancements

After the improved VW fittings and conversion to LED's this addresses the functionality of the lights:

The master controls are modified to allow for a soft fade on and off for the interior lights.

The on fade time is approximately 0.5 sec and the off fade time is approximately 4 seconds

In addition to the fader, the controls are enhanced to allow  a pod mounted on-auto-off switch to turn all lights on regardless of the door/hatch state (in the normal switched door mode) and also to switch all lights off regardless of the door/hatch state. Auto mode is the normal operation.

In addition a timeout allows for all the lights to be turned off automatically if a door is left open for more than 10 minutes.
